Premise:
Stories of US Marshal Sam McCloud of Taous, New Mexico on secondment
to the New York Police Department, much to the annoyance of
Chief of Detectives Peter B. Clifford . The romantic interest is in the

frequent guest star appearances in the series.

Synopsis:
Marshal Sam McCloud from a small New Mexico town escorts a subpoenaed
witness to New York City. When his witness is kidnapped, the marshall
tries to track him down in the unfamiliar city. During his search, he
finds himself in the middle of a murder case involving Puerto Rican
nationalists, a beautiful novelist, a Wall Street lawyer and a dead
beauty-contest winner. [RF]

blanketed by a snowstorm, and the man-hating activities of a hooker who

a labor-union accountant who is in danger of being killed by the
