This is Merv Griffin's final daytime talk show series program, which had premiered 01Oct1962.

After NBC cancelled the show they received 160,000 letters of protest in less than 2 weeks
NBC got Merv back on air with a game show called "Word for Word" and gave him his own
production company.
Merv Griffin would come back in 1965 until 1969 with a 90 minute talk show
(which some affiliates aired as 60 min shows).
