-person's report, the case smacks of murder to police Lieutenant Columbo (Peter Falk), he of the rumpled raincoat
and ever-present cigar.  The ensuing cat-and-mouse sparring between the cagey cop and the crafty undertaker enlivens
this 1998 teleplay.'
