Premise:
A prospector is thawed out after 70 years in an Alaskan glacier, and
finds himself a military secret.
Monte Markham played dual roles in this half-hour sitcom - Luke
Carpenter, a gold prospector who was frozen in an avalanche in 1900 and who
miraculously thawed out, unharmed, after a second avalanche in 1967, and Ken
Carpenter, Luke's thirty-three year old grandson, who looked exactly like
him. Arthur O'Connell costarred as sixty-seven-year-old Edwin Carpenter,
Luke's son and Ken's father.
Luke came to live with Edwin and Ken, while the Army, for security
reasons, struggled to keep secret the fact of Luke's discovery.
