Premise:
The Dick Van Dyke Show premiered on CBS on October 3, 1961. The classic hip
series is about a family named the Petries.
Rob Petrie writes for a television comedy show called 'The Alan Brady Show',
along with his friends Sally and Buddy.
Laura Petrie stays at home and raises their son Ritchie. The series often showed
Rob, Sally, and Buddy at work and all
the silly things that went on during the writing of the show. Laura and Rob went
about their daily life with their friends,
work, and family. Laura usually did something that she thought would get her in
trouble with Rob, and then would say
"Oh Rooooob". This is one of the classic shows that invented hip
television.
