shoots her and the burglar, and claims that the burglar killed her
before he could wrestle the gun away. Gene is happily anticipating
collection of his wife's insurance when Gertrude, the burglar's
seductive widow, phones him to say she knows all about his deal
with her husband, has figured out that Rudy was posthumously framed,
and would like a little insurance payment for herself.
US synopsis:
A burglar breaks into Gene's home, robs him and kills his wife
John Hunter discovers that the woman had been heavily insured.
