Brief Synopsis:
The Virginian kills a young man in self defense.  When he delivers the body
to the critically ill father he is warned the other son will try to avenge
his brother's death.  Then the old man begs the Virginian to persuade his
daughter, who has been living with the Shoshone Indians, to come home.
