Howie gets a job in an all-nude musical production called "OH, BOMBAY" (a take-off on

and pushes the Mayor to keep his promise to clean up the city. What he doesn't know is
that the Mayor's brother-in-law is producing the show. Throughout the episode, Paul is
calling all of the participants in the production "nudie looneys," but at the end of the
episode Paul becomes ONE OF THEM. [RL]
