Brief Synopsis:
On his way to a cattle auction Trampas becomes involved with two
soldiers, the stage driver, a brother and sister team, and an ex-officer
(whom Trampas suspects has killed his friend, the ferryman at the Diablo
water crossing)--all of which have their eyes on a government payroll box.
