The Title "THE VIRGINIAN" by permission of EMKA, LTD.
Series regular characters appearing in
this episode:
Trampas and the Virginian
with recurring ranch hands Harper, Dick, and Jean
Brief Synopsis:
Young braggart Kiley Cheever (Coughlin) rebels at being disciplined by his
retired lawman father and leaves home vowing never to return. He arrives in
Medicine Bow to look up Trampas, whom he hadn't seen since he was
ten, and asks for a job at Shiloh, flattering the cowhand by saying he had
always wanted to be just like him. But Kiley seems more interested in
showing off his fast gun tricks and romancing the Graingers' visiting niece
than in working. (bj)
