This Special was taped on the campus of UCLA Paley's Pavilion, Columbia University, Vassar,
Florida Southern College and Howard Payne University (Brownwood, Texas).

Highlights:
Aretha Franklin performs "MacArthur Park Suite."
Bob Hope joins Aretha Franklin onstage and challenges her to apply her famous soul style to some of his old-timey songs,
including "Two Sleepy People," "Buttons and Bows," and his signature "Thanks For the Memory."
Bob Hope portrays a nerdy college student, "Sigmund Hope," who returns to school for a new semester and finds that he is
now rooming with a lothario star athlete, played by Flip Wilson. Annoyed at his new roommate's "carousing and wenching,"
he asks Dean John Wayne to separate them, only for the dean to send Hope packing off to USC.
America performs "Sister Golden Hair."

*Note: (July 3, 1975) "The Stars and Stripes Show"
with Bob Hope, Charley Pride, Juliet Prowse, John Davidson and
Anita Bryant will star on the hour telecast, the fourth taped at Oklahoma City's Convention Center.
The patriot event was founded by the Oklahoma City Association of Broadcasters.

*Note: Bob Hope is a guest on "The Irv Kupcinet Show" on August 18th, 1975, other guests include
Warren Beatty, Barry Newman, Sammy Davis Jr, Peter Bogdanovich, Carolyn Jones, Stefanie Powers and Allen Ginsberg.
