metallic sodium, a powerful incendiary explosive. When Capt. Baxter

The old "Protection Racket" which terrorized countless businessmen
during the Prohibition days springs to life once more as a horde of
racketeers menace the harbor. Their victims are fishermen who must

to fight.

After breaking up a dice game, the Harbor Command finds a counterfeit
bill, dropped in the confusion. With the aid of agents from the
Treasury Department, Capt. Baxter traces "phony" bills and discovers
that the Seaman's Pawm Shop, a seamy harbor-side business is a front
for the counterfeiters.

Synopsis 2:
Through forgery, a dental technician and his wife obtain a large

moulded into hub caps for their cars and smuggle it abroad where
they can sell it for twice the official price. But a third party
learns of their scheme.

harbor and Capt. Baxter rigs and ingenious signal system to outwit
