Premise:
Misadventures of a real estate agent whose home has

Synopsis 1:
Tom tries to lease land to Four Star Television for location work. He visits
the studio complex and meets Dick Powell watching yesterday’s rushes. He then
takes two Four Star executives out to view the site – very attractive, much
favoured by local kids and courting couples. But when he discovers the studio
intends to use the site for a war series, with hundreds of explosions destroying
the scenery, he cancels the agreement – even though this will cost him both
money and a chance at a career in politics. [DB]
