Premise:

Synopsis:
Two squabbling siblings stand to inherit the "Paines Pure Pickle" company when their father
dies. She (Nellie Paine portrayed by Julie Harris, his daughter), is the responsible one.
He (Ernie Paine, portrayed by Richard Long, an irresponsible, womanizing reprobate) comes
back after being estranged for 8 years. The condition is that BOTH of them must run the
company for 5 years to inherit $75,000 apiece. The amazing thing is that the sick and
stubborn old man just won't kick the bucket. [RL]
