Miss Brooks and Miss Enright (Mary Jane Croft) are competing for the affections

clueless Mr. Boynton. They both wish to show him how domestic they are, and Miss
Brooks
offers to make Boynton a delicious home-cooked meal. Trouble is, Connie can't
cook,
and so Mrs. Davis secretly creates the meal. The romantic dinner goes awry when
Connie
misuses Mr. Boynton's new stove and causes a gas explosion. [RL]
