Duane Kaminsky’s (played by Zane Lasky) mentor, Dr. Alan Zegelman (played by Judd Hirsch) visits to conduct an experiment
involving mice being lured through a maze with soundwaves. When the experiment fails, Zegelman fakes the results, but
Michael (Larry Breeding) was watching at the time and saw him move the mouse to the end of the maze himself, while
distracting Duane. Even though he’s in dire need of the grant money this could bring, Zegelman comes clean at a
psychiatrist’s convention being held in the hotel, much to the disbelief of his biggest fan, Duane. [RL]
