Premise:
The story of Judson McKy, a backwoods Iowa veterinarian now drafted
and assigned to the Army in Paris. He refuses to let the sophistication
of Europe change his square innocent ways. The title is derived from
Charles Barker, a colonel who detests being called "Charlie"

Synopsis:
No sooner is Judson drafted into the army than he finds himself
