Brief Synopsis:
Judge Garth backs some ranchers who are being unjustly evicted from their
land by ruthless railroad magnate John Briscoe (Binns).  One of the ranchers
kills Briscoe's son Scott (Taylor), who had recently returned from Europe
after being sent away to keep him from marrying an immigrant waitress.  The
girl was a witness to the shooting and could testify in the rancher's
defense, but Sam Horn (Lupton) seems headed for the gallows when the girl
suddenly disappears.
