Premise:
Brian Keith gives a warm humanity to the character of Matt Anders, but
Crusader was a symbol (the title of the show is not "The Crusader" as it
is sometimes described, but "Crusader"). A sort of modern Zorro... He has
a name, Matt Anders, and a profession, journalist and writer, but the
symbol is more important, as the film explains: [MT]

enemies of freedom and justice at home and abroad. These are
the stories of the people who have been helped by the many great
organisations which are dedicated to bringing truth to those who
