Rotating Guest Hosts included:
Danny Thomas, Jack Carson, Jimmy Durante, and Ed Wynn (the original "4-Stars")
with the later addition of
Ezio Pinza, George Jessel, Tallulah Bankhead, Martha Raye

Originally titled "4-Star Revue" for the 1950-51 season, when the four rotating
host were Danny Thomas, Jack Carson, Jimmy Durante, and Ed Wynn.
The title was changed to "All-Star Revue" in the fall of 1951 when more hosts were added

In the fall of 1953 Martha Raye's monthly replacement for "Your Show of Shows"
were also titled "All-Star Revue" before changing to "The Martha Raye Show" in December 1953

 The "4-Star" in this case has NO connection with Dick Powell's company "Four Star Productions"
