Stuart Bailey and Jeff Spenser are stunned to find when they hear
that the chartered plane carrying Rex Randolph (Richard Long) has
exploded in mid air. A client named Maria Rodriguez sends Rex on
a mission to Las Vegas. His plane crashes and all aboard are
reported dead. But Bailey and Spencer have reason to believe the
report is false. Rex's trail leads to Miami and Stu calls on the
Surfside 6 agency for help. There they learn that Rex is the
identical double of the dead president of the Latin American
country of Ylapa.
