is hired for only one night, but when he keeps reappearing to court Mrs. Banford,
Sally finds out that his REAL interest is HER, and NOT Mrs. Banford. [RL]

Sally wants to make a face cream out of plums to sell at the Department Store.
She and Mrs. Banford make the stuff in Sally's bathtub and call the product
"PLUM DA VIE," which means plum of life. When the product is advertised, much
like
an early infomercial, on the Department Store's own TV show, it begins to sell
like
hotcakes. On the show, Sally pretends to be celebrity Judy Holliday, and
endorses
the product, and the viewers fall for the ruse. [RL]

This episode is dated 1957. At the end of each episode, Sally gives a sneak peek
at
next week's show. During the coming attractions at the end of this episode, the
music
in the background is the identical music used a year later as the theme for "The
Donna
