Premise:
The story of Karen D'Angelo, an idealistic staff worker for "Open

There was an earlier series called 
90 Bristol Court: Karen  (NBC)(1964-65)
which starred Debbie Watson as Karen Scott, bur apart from
the title, it had no other connection with this series.
