Drawing on cartoons from the 40's and 50's, the professor shows how man's

powers of reason are at the mercy of his emotions. Included are excerpts

from "Reason and Emotion" (1943), "How to Have an Accident at Work" (1959),

 "Magic Highway U.S.A." (1958), and "Motor Mania" (1950).

Assisting are Donald Duck, Goofy, Chicken Little, Foxy Loxy and J.J. Fate. [RF]

Summary:
Hurricane Hannah is a composite storm, made up of film clips of some of the

worst hurricanes to hit the U.S. After a weather satellite locates the hurricane

in the mid-Atlantic, the Weather Bureau, Coast Guard and Navy move into action

and a Navy hurricane-hunter plane flies into the center of the storm. "Hannah"

smashes across Florida and out into the gulf, then heads for Texas. [RF]

A cartoon, provides Professor Von Drake with a platform from which to discuss the

problems man will face in outer space. Von Drake also gives "space tourists" tips on

what to wear and what to eat while traveling through the solar system and describes
