Synopsis:
A 16-year-old boy known as Manolete becomes famous as a bullfighter when he
competes against a once-famous torero who is killed in the ring. The dead man's
manager blames Manolete and ultimately plays a part in the latter's own death

Manolete, one of the great matadors of the modern times, is place in competition
with Marquez, a once-famous man. Angry at the young Manolete, whom he
considers an upstart, the old man insists on entering the arena even though
he is afraid. When he is killed, Marquez's manager blames Manolete.
Ultimately the manager plays a part in Manolete's

Synopsis:
In a totalitarian state of the future where reading unauthorized material is a
capital offense, a young officer
in the police unit assigned to suppressing illegal intellectual activity catches
an attractive young librarian
hiding a banned book, which she than insists that he read too. [FN]
Synopsis 2:
Tony Randall introduces this drama, set in a high-tech future society that does
not allow books. Those found possessing them are
exterminated by teams of "bookmen," who then cart the confiscated reading matter
off to the "library" for disposal. Bookman
Gordon Miller finds himself attracted to the new librarian, a young woman named
Susan. When Gordon discovers Susan hiding a book
in her clothes, he is at once appalled by this act of treason and strangely
curious about her. Although she is a Reader, the two
soon become involved in a passionate relationship which challenges all of
Gordon's preconceptions about the society in which they
live. Gordon begins to read voraciously, and the two decide to get married.
Susan introduces Gordon to a whole underground of Readers;
and he finds it impossible to continue on his extermination missions. Gordon's
roommate, also a bookman, grows suspicious. Fearing
for his safety, Gordon finds himself in conflict over his hatred for the
repressive society he used to protect, his love for Susan,
and his growing ambivalence about the liberal Readers, who can be ruthless and
repressive in their own right.

Synopsis:
When three siblings a prominent criminal lawyer, an Oscar-winning actress and

sponsors of her show "Mama" didn't think it would

A college freshman who at his first football practice broke loose for

feeling that life is completely satisfying and rewarding. An injury interrupts
his playing and his football career falters. His marriage to his college
sweetheart sours and his business fails. Realizing that they are two good
people who are totally wrong for each other. [RF]

The stock market crash of 1929 causes a college football hero's business to
fail.
His wife finds a job at a fashion magazine and advances in her career while

Christian Darling remembers in detail the big moment of his life.
It occurred in the 1920's, when he made an 80-yard run in a college football game,
and the crowd roared. After the game his sweetheart Louise waited for him,
awed and impressed by his performance on the field. Now years later, Christian
and Louise are married. Her father has set Christian up in business and even given
the young couple a large allowance. But after the Crash of 1929, Louise's father dies,
leaving nothing but debts. Christian, out of a job, just sits and broods. Louise,
however, does better. She finds a job on a fashion magazine.
As she advances in her position, her husbands

Synopsis:

down like lilies on either side," coped with blackmail and adultery with equally
exquisite calm. Far flashier was Director John Frankenheimer, whose busy directorial conceits,
trick angles, mirror shots, closeups to the pore, camera peeps through iron grilles,
even the little photographer's aperture; often upstaged the work itself while accenting
its hollow passion. Sometimes the tricks of the director, working in tandem with the
