Premise:
In the old west, a wandering anti-violence British lawyer (John Mills) has
a young feisty assistant American Lawyer (Sean Garrison) who protects him.

Background:
Apparently CBS had decided to cancel the series before the first episode
aired. They were pleased with the pilot, but were dissappointed
after reviewing scripts for the next several episodes.

Synopsis:

Synopsis:
During a train trip, Culhane saves a man from lynching, only to discover that he's an old friend from
Ireland who's accused of murder after a poker game. An old rival of Dundee's, Jeremiah Scrubbs,
also happens to be on the train, and proposes that a makeshift trial be held, with him as the prosecutor,
Dundee as the defense attorney and the train's conductor as the judge. [MS]
