Series Regular Characters in this episode:
The Virginian and Trampas

Synopsis:
The Virginian and Trampas go to Mexico to purchase some Palomino
horses. The Virginian becomes ill, and Trampas leaves him in the care of a
woman (with "hair the color of a Palomino") who is the possession of an
outlaw leader. As she's tending him, Maggie and the Virginian fall in
love. The woman learns there is more to life than what she has been
exposed to and asks the foreman to take her back to Medicine Bow with him.
But after the jealous outlaw is injured while trying to kill his rival,
Maggie decides to stay with Zack since she wants to feel needed and
believes the Virginian doesn't really need anyone. (bj)
