their trail hands is shot to death.
Synopsis 2:
While the cattle drive is passing through Barker Springs, one of Gil Favor's trail hands suddenly leaves the drive.
Soon afterwards, he is found shot to death. His brother, who has joined the drive, vows to avenge his death. [JB]

According to the production notes, Wishbone was originally played by Robert Carricart in the pilot, but he was replaced
