Premise:
In an attempt to expose criminal organizations, an experiment is
conducted wherein American counter-espionage agent Mel Hunter is reduced
to a height of six inches, thus enabling him to do things that normal
agents cannot. Stories relate his adventures as he and his normal-sized
partner Bill Winters carry out dangerous assignments for the government.

Note:
Some sources say this series was filmed in the UK.
But Guest Cast details indicate that it was more likely filmed in the
USA.
