KGO-TV in San Francisco by the ABC owned Television Stations Division
for its stations in New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles and San Francisco
and for national syndication by ABC Films, Inc.

Producers: David Bieber / John Reed King
(John Reed King replaced David Bieber, who returned to WXYZ-TV as producer of "The Morning Show".)

Host: Alan Hamel (of ABC's short-lived "Wedding Party")

Announcer: Dean Webber
Prize model: Suzanne Somers

Director Agar Jaicks

Premise: Three married couples compete for points and prizes by performing stunts and answering questions.
(Similar to Beat the Clock).

Trivia: One of the prize models on the show was Suzanne Somers, whom Alan Hamel would marry in 1977.

"John Reed King had an extensive background. For 11 years he was producer-host of "The Missus Goes A-Shopping" on CBS;
emceed "Double or Nothing"; "Chance of a Lifetime" and "Go for the House";
produced "What Am I Bid?" and was creator of "Give and Take" which ran seven years on radio and two years on TV.
He was producer-host of his own one-hour daily variety program, "The John Reed King Show" for two and one-half years
and has produced such network vehicles as "Death Valley Days" and "Sky King".
He also served as executive director for McCann-Erickson's West Coast motion picture studios,
during which time he produced two major full-length feature films.)"
