Synopsis (Part 1):
Ruditsky arrests 18 year old Vincent Coll as he is about to break into
a car. Coll already has a long record, but Ruditsky wants to help him and

Synopsis (Part 2):
Both Coll and his brother Peter belong to Dutch Schultz's gang. But
Peter's interest in a girl named Patricia, coupled with his alarm at
Vincent's growing viciousness, lead him to quit the mob. Vincent
reacts by turning on his brother. [RF]
