Stu Bailey is in New York on an odd assignment. Antique dealer
Vincent Marion wants him to locate all of his dead brother's
enemies. The late Mr. Marion left behind $9,000 and Vincent wants
to distribute the cash to whomever his brother had wronged.
Marion's brother also wants Stu to learn the identity of the person
who killed his brother in a hit and run accident.
