Premise:
Set in Passaic, New Jersey, the misadventures of Billy Manucci, an easy going young man who lives at home,
while working his way through college to become a teacher. He is in the shadow of his swinging older brother
Tony Manucci, who is the star dancer at "The Inferno", Passaic's hottest disco.
