Premise:
Comedy series spin-off from 'The Partridge Family' about the music industry
and record producers. A pair of pop-oriented songwriters--melodist/singer
Bobby and tone-deaf lyricist Lionel--try to eke out a living in the Los
Angeles music scene. They live (along with Bobby's younger sister Jennifer)
in an antique shop, and Bobby works on the side as a recording engineer
until he and Lionel get their big break. Rita was their friendly landlady, and Rudy her cop boyfriend.
